Welcome to the Well Being Cochlear Foundation (WBCF) established in memory of the late Mr W B Cosmas Fernando. WBCF is the only national Sri Lankan non-profit organisation providing support and financial assistance to the hearing impaired.

We provide:
• Information on cochlear implantation for families in Sri Lanka
• Provide financial assistance for cochlear implants to deaf   children

To assist the disadvantaged hearing impaired in Sri Lanka through our, time, financial assistance and fund raising.

Generate awareness of solutions and opportunity available to the hearing impaired, and make it possible to benefit from them through the generosity of our communities.
